Thu Feb 6th 10:30am - 1:00pm El Dorado Conference Center, 311 S West Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730, USA A Heartfelt Reminder: Healthy Hearts, Healthy You Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in Arkansas and fourth nationally, touching countless lives and reminding us of the vital importance of heart health. This February, South Arkansas Regional Hospital (SARH) is taking strides to educate the community on heart health and inspire positive lifestyle changes. The SARH Women’s Wellness Board is thrilled to announce the annual Healthy Heart, Healthy You event, which will take place on February 6, 2025, at the El Dorado Conference Center from 10:30 am to 1 pm. This year’s program promises to be educational and inspiring, with a keynote address from Motivational Speaker Herman Williams, a man whose life was forever changed by multiple cardiac arrests from 2017 to 2020. Karen Bryant, President of the SARH Women’s Wellness Board, said, “This year’s event promises to be educational and entertaining. Dr Herman Williams is a great motivational speaker. He shares his personal health history to help others.”
