Betty Doris Trosclair, 89, of Magnolia, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs. She was born on September 23, 1935 to James Sellers Horne and Travis Irene Wood Horne in El Dorado, AR.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Thomas Renay Trosclair; son, Terry Oliver Trosclair, brother, James Woods Horne, and two grandchildren, Jeremy Heath Trosclair and Jacob Oliver Trosclair.
She is survived by her three sons; Thomas D. Trosclair (Maidra), Marcus J. Trosclair, and Jody R. Trosclair all of Mt. Holly, Arkansas; grandchildren; Magan Lambert, William Trosclair (Teniah), and Matthew Trosclair (Kortney); great-great grandchildren; Arlie Richard (Justin), Gabe Richard, Justyce Eakes, Tyson Trosclair, and Saylor Trosclair; and a special nephew, Steve McCall.
Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2024 in Young’s Chapel.
A graveside service will immediately follow at Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery on O'Rear Road under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Sye Duke officiating.
